Designated Countries definition

Designated Countries means the United States, member countries of the European Patent Convention, member countries of the Eurasian Patent Convention, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, China, India and Brazil.
Designated Countries means every country in the world other than the United States.
Designated Countries means the countries designated by the Board or the Committee in writing from time to time for the purposes of the Plan.
