Designated Building definition

Designated Building means a building to which this By-law applies by virtue of section 2.1 or 2.4;
Designated Building means a Building located on any real property that constitutes Collateral which the Administrative Agent in its discretion determines should be included in the description of the property encumbered by a Mortgage.
Designated Building means any of the buildings listed in Annex 2 to this Agreement;

Examples of Designated Building in a sentence

  • If an Association Representative is not present at the Level Three meeting, the Board shall provide the Designated Building Representative with a copy of the Level Three Decision at the same time and manner as the aggrieved.

  • If an Association Representative is not present at the Level Two meeting, the Superintendent shall provide the Designated Building Representative with a copy of the Level Two Decision at the same time and manner as the aggrieved.

  • Landlord shall permit Tenant to have reasonable access to such other parts of the Designated Building as are open to the public or for which access is otherwise reasonably necessary in order to install, maintain and operate the Satellite Dish.

  • Notwithstanding anything set forth in this Paragraph 38.G. to the contrary, if Landlord reasonably determines that the installation of the Satellite Dish will be detrimental to the design or structural soundness of the Designated Building or will create risk of injury or damage to persons or property, Tenant shall not be permitted to install said Satellite Dish.

  • Landlord in its reasonable discretion shall approve of said specifications of the Satellite Dish within ten (10) days following receipt of Tenant's written request to install a Satellite Dish on the roof of the Designated Building.


More Definitions of Designated Building

Designated Building means a structure which is used for the accommodation of the public or for the gathering or assembling of people and includes an Apartment Building, Hospital, Hotel, Motel, Shopping Centre, Townhouse, Industrial Building, and City Facility;
Designated Building means a building or structure which is “contributing”, “supporting”, “non contributing with qualifications”, or “non contributing without qualifications”, as designated in the THAS.
