If an Association Representative is not present at the Level Three meeting, the Board shall provide the Designated Building Representative with a copy of the Level Three Decision at the same time and manner as the aggrieved.
If an Association Representative is not present at the Level Two meeting, the Superintendent shall provide the Designated Building Representative with a copy of the Level Two Decision at the same time and manner as the aggrieved.
Landlord shall permit Tenant to have reasonable access to such other parts of the Designated Building as are open to the public or for which access is otherwise reasonably necessary in order to install, maintain and operate the Satellite Dish.
