Design Package definition

Design Package has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(c).
Design Package has the meaning identified in Clause 2(6) of the Authority's Requirements - Design. "Design Phase" has the meaning identified in Clause 5 of the Authority'sRequirements - General.
Design Package means the set of documentation for the design of the applicable product, and shall include, but shall not be limited to, engineering design specifications, engineering test specifications, costed ▇▇▇▇ of materials, parts list, board lay-outs and schematics. The Design Package shall include, at a minimum, the same level and types of documentation developed by AFC for the UMC 1000 Products.

Examples of Design Package in a sentence

  • Upon final completion of the Homeowner's Code Deficiency Repairs, the Consultant shall, as soon as practicable thereafter, prepare and deliver the Design Package to the Authority and Homeowner, at which time the Eligible Home shall be added to the Program.

  • The Authority shall be entitled to record the Grant of Avigation Easement against the Premises in the Official Records of San Diego County, California, at any time from and after the execution and delivery of this Agreement and Design Package to the Authority by Homeowner.

  • ARCHITECT shall not begin Design Development Phase services until the District has approved of the Schematic Design Package in writing.

  • If the Authority, the Consultant, or the Contractors determines in good faith that the schedule or the specifications set forth in the Design Package should be modified (including, without limitation, with respect to materials, design, location of equipment, schedule of work, or estimated time of completion of the Program Treatments), then Homeowner shall not unreasonably withhold its consent to such modification(s), and shall execute and deliver all documents reasonably necessary to evidence such consent.

  • Homeowner accepts all work itemized in the Design Package and shall not request the Consultant, the Contractors, or any other contractor to alter, modify, or make changes to any of the plans or specifications for any of the Program Treatments, nor shall any requested change, alteration, or modification be made without the prior written approval of the Authority and, in some instances, reimbursement by Homeowner.


More Definitions of Design Package

Design Package means any Information that is commercially and reasonably sufficient to enable ChromaDex to make, have made, manufacture, and have manufactured Product in accordance with Specifications.
Design Package has the meaning set forth in Section 8.11(b).
Design Package means, with respect to each Form Factor, all of the documentation, including all Updates thereto, necessary to permit the design and manufacture of such Form Factor. The Design Package shall include without limitation the items listed in Exhibit C-2.
Design Package means, whether one or more, a part of the Construction Documents, including all Drawings, Specifications and other Construction Documents issued by the Architect/Engineer at a designated point in time as required for bidding, procurement and construction for a specific portion of the Work for one or more Projects.
Design Package means the information and materials necessary to develop cable modem products compatible with the Com21 Headend and the Specifications. As set forth in detail in Section 5 (Design Package), the description of the Design Package shall be attached to this Agreement as Exhibit E (Design Package) when it is completed.
Design Package means the customized plan for the design, manufacture and installation of the Equipment based on Company requirements. The Design Package will contain the following items: i. 3D CAD Model of the Equipment (supplied by Supplier) ii. Needed Tooling for the process (supplied by Company) iii. Description of the process of the equipment to produce the product (Supplied by Supplier)
Design Package means the drawings, documents, structural analysis, simulation and calculation, test reports etc. prepared by the Contractor.
