Design Brief definition

Design Brief means the information and documents provided by Endeavour Energy following assessment of the Proposed Method of Supply to provide the basis for preparation of the Draft Design.

Design Brief means the brief for the Exhibition prepared by the Client and agreed with the Project Manager pursuant to Clause 4 as the same may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Parties.
