Design Basis definition

Design Basis means the basis of design and technical limits and parameters of the Liquefaction Facility and the modifications and improvements to the Existing Facility as set forth in Attachment A.
Design Basis means the range of conditions and events taken explicitly into account in the design, including upgrades, of a nuclear installation, according to established criteria, so that the installation can withstand them without exceeding authorised limits by the planned operation of safety systems;
Design Basis means such drawings or other information incorporated in the Order or as may be notified by the Purchaser to the Supplier from time to time.

Design Basis means the basis of design and technical limits and parameters of the Stage 4 Liquefaction Facility and the modifications and improvements to the Stage 1 Liquefaction Facility, Stage 2 Liquefaction Facility, Stage 3 Liquefaction Facility, and the Existing Facility as set forth in Attachment A.
