Deposit Agreements definition

Deposit Agreements has the meaning set forth in the sixth recital to the Note Purchase Agreement.
Deposit Agreements means, collectively, (i) that certain Deposit Agreement (Class G), dated as of the Pass Through Trust Closing Date, between First Security Bank, National Association, as escrow agent under the Escrow Agreement referred to therein, and the Depositary and (ii) that certain Deposit Agreement (Class C), dated as of the Pass Through Trust Closing Date, between First Security Bank, National Association, as escrow agent under the Escrow Agreement referred to therein, and the Depositary.
Deposit Agreements means the agreements signed on or about the date of this Deed (or any future date providing the agreements are in substantially the same form as those signed on the date of this Deed) between KECI and Societe Generale, London Branch which detail the terms and conditions which apply to the Accounts (as defined in the Charge).

Examples of Deposit Agreements in a sentence

  • The provisions of this Agreement shall supersede the provisions of the Deposit Agreements only to the extent the provisions herein are inconsistent with the Deposit Agreements, and in all other respects, the Deposit Agreements shall remain in full force and effect.

  • All items deposited into the Deposit Account shall be processed according to the provisions of the Deposit Agreements, as amended by this Agreement.

  • Upon the execution and delivery of the Replacement Deposit Agreements, the Replacement Depositary shall be deemed to be the Depositary under the Deposit Agreements with all of the rights and obligations of the Depositary hereunder and under the other Operative Agreements and the Replacement Deposit Agreements shall be deemed to be the Deposit Agreements hereunder and under the other Operative Agreements.
