The recipient shall ensure that audit working papers are made available to DEO, or its designee, CFO, or Auditor General upon request for a period of five (5) years from the date the audit report is issued, unless extended in writing by DEO.
DEO may also take other action as stated in Paragraph (12) Remedies or otherwise allowable by law.
EXHIBIT 1 to this form lists the state financial assistance awarded through DEO by this agreement.
