Denominations definition

Denominations. The denomination of any Certificated Note denominated in U.S. dollars will be a minimum of $1,000 or any amount in excess thereof that is an integral multiple of $1,000. The authorized denominations of Certificated Notes denominated in a Specified Currency other than U.S. dollars shall be determined as set forth in the applicable Pricing Supplement.
Denominations. The Underwritten Certificates will be issued in book-entry form in minimum denominations of $1,000 and integral multiples of $1 in excess thereof.
