Demolition Costs definition

Demolition Costs means the cost of removing buildings or other structures from the property.

More Definitions of Demolition Costs

Demolition Costs means only Seller's out-of-pocket costs directly related to the physical demolition of the North Building and the Forge Building and, for the avoidance of doubt, shall not include any other Liabilities that may arise out of or result from such demolition, such as Liabilities under Environmental Laws or Environmental Claims or the costs of any Remedial Action.

The final Buyer’s and Xxxxxx’s proration of the Demolition Costs shall be paid to the other Party, insofar as feasible, upon substantial completion of the demolition work, with a final settlement sixty (60) days after the completion of the demolition work.
