Demo definition

Demo. (games without betting) In these cases, the Player accepts all provisions of this Agreement in the same manner, but no financial transaction takes place between the Player and the Service Provider. This solution has been introduced to enable the Player to try our games without actual financial risk.
Demo means a small portion of an applicable Software Title or timed availability of full Software Title that is provided to End Users at no or minimal cost to advertise or promote a Software Title.
Demo means any New Vehicle (except that any mileage limitations included in the definition for a particular type of Vehicle shall not be applicable to Demos) that is used by a Dealership as a demonstration unit.

Demo means all non-registered, untitled, unreported 2023 and newer model year automobiles which are undamaged or have been repaired but had less than $500 damage thereto, none of which is frame damage, for each such automobile, used as demonstrator vehicles having at least 500 miles, but less than 5,000 miles on the odometer.

The Company may designate Subsidiaries as Dual Subsidiaries from time to time in accordance with Sections 6.19 and 13.16. “Dual Subsidiary Financing Commencement Date” means, with respect to any Dual Subsidiary, the date that such Dual Subsidiary begins to finance new Vehicles of any Removed Franchise, used and/or service loaner Vehicles through Permitted Dual Subsidiary Indebtedness as permitted by Sections 6.19 and 13.16. “Dual Subsidiary Lender” has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Permitted Dual Subsidiary Indebtedness”. “Early Opt-in Election” means the joint election by the Agent and the Company to trigger a fallback from the then-current Benchmark to the Benchmark Replacement, and a notification by the Agent to each of the other parties hereto of such election and the proposed Benchmark Replacement. “EBITDAR” has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.2. “EEA Financial Institution” means (a) any credit institution or investment firm established in any EEA Member Country that is subject to the supervision of an EEA Resolution Authority, (b) any entity established in an EEA Member Country that is a parent of an institution described in clause (a) of this definition, or (c) any financial institution established in an EEA Member Country that is a subsidiary of an institution described in clause (a) or (b) of this definition and is subject to consolidated supervision with its parent. “EEA Member Country” means any of the member states of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway. “EEA Resolution Authority” means any public administrative authority or any person entrusted with public administrative authority of any EEA Member Country (including any delegee) having responsibility for the resolution of any EEA Financial Institution. 13
