Demerger Date means the date on which, as part of the demerger of the Six Continents Group, the ordinary shares in the Company are admitted (i) to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority in accordance with paragraph 7.1 of the Listing Rules and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc and “Demerger” shall be construed accordingly; and
Demerger Date means the date on which the Demerged Business is acquired by Chorus NZ under the Demerger and the Separation Deed and on which the Demerger Distribution is made to Telecom Shareholders, expected to be 30 November 2011 or such other date as is determined by the board of directors of Telecom and notified by Telecom to NZX and ASX.

Demerger Date means the date on which, as part of the demerger of the Six Continents Group, the ordinary shares in Intercontinental Hotels Group PLC are admitted (i) to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority in accordance with paragraph 7.1 of the Listing Rules and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc and “Demerger” shall be construed accordingly; and
Demerger Date means the date on which the entity with the number KRS 14540 is divided by transferring a part of its assets to the Bank under Article 529 § 1 item 4 of the Code of Commercial Companies and Partnerships Act dated 15 September 2000 (division by demerger), i.e. the date of entering the Bank’s share capital increase related to that demerger to the register of entrepreneurs;
Demerger Date means the first day on which each of the following has occurred (i) the entire share capital of SGL is listed and admitted to trading on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange; and (ii) the Distribution is effected and SGL accordingly ceases to be a subsidiary of the Company;
