Demand Registrations has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).

Demand Registrations means Long-Form Registrations and Short-Form Registrations requested pursuant to Section 1.1.

Examples of Demand Registrations in a sentence

All requests for Demand Registrations shall be made by giving written notice to the Company (the “Demand Registration Notice”).
In addition, the Company shall not be obligated to effect any Demand Registration after the Company has effected two (2) Demand Registrations in any twelve (12)-month period if all such registrations effected by the Company have been declared and ordered effective.
