Delivery Technology definition

Delivery Technology means methods, formulations, technologies and systems, including vectors, for transporting a Licensed Agent or Product into or within the human body or into human cells outside of the body.
Delivery Technology means the BioNTech Know-How applicable to formulating nucleic acids to enable the delivery of such nucleic acids to target cells in vivo. For clarity, Delivery Technology does not include [***].
