Delivered Quantity definition

Delivered Quantity means, in respect of an Allowance Transaction, the number of Allowances (of a Compliance Period, where applicable) of a Contract Quantity Transferred by the Seller and accepted by the Buyer at the Delivery Point;
Delivered Quantity means the quantity of gas in MMBTU delivered by the authorised entity at designated exit point of the shipper;
Delivered Quantity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(a).

Examples of Delivered Quantity in a sentence

  • Any recalculation of the Settlement Rate shall be based on documentation regarding the Delivered Quantity until the time of such request and a forecast for the remaining part of the year of operation corresponding to the documentation required for calculation of Preliminary Adjusted Settlement Rate, cf.

  • In case the Operator’s non-performance regarding the Ramp-up Quantity, the Operator shall pay a Penalty based on the Penalty per tonne CO2 set out in clause 5.4.2 and the difference between the Delivered Quantity in the Ramp-up phase and the Ramp-Up Quantity.

More Definitions of Delivered Quantity
