Deferred Fees definition

Deferred Fees means the Fees elected by the Participant to be deferred pursuant to the Plan.
Deferred Fees means the amount of a Participant’s fees (other than the Participant’s annual Board retainer fees) that such Participant has elected to defer until a later year pursuant to an election under Section 3.3(a).
Deferred Fees means all fees and additional amounts that the Partnership is entitled to receive from any Managed Fund under any Deferred Fee Agreement.
