DEFCON definition

DEFCON means a Defence Contract Condition stipulated by the Authority. The Authority imposes its own terms and conditions, which have been negotiated and agreed by Industry. The Conditions will be issued as part of the Contract, and will apply as relevant to each of the products and delivery requirements.
