Defaulting Owner definition

Defaulting Owner has the meaning given in clause 9.1(a).

More Definitions of Defaulting Owner

Defaulting Owner has the meaning given to such term in Section 12.01.

The Hotel Owner may collect Assessments due pursuant to this Declaration directly from Condo-Hotel Owners.
