Default Cure Period definition

Default Cure Period means 30 days after receipt by a Party of a notice of default from the other Party pursuant to Section 21 (Termination) of the Agreement or the corresponding provision of a Statement of Work.
Default Cure Period has the meaning set forth in Section 21.02(a).
Default Cure Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 25.01(4).

In the event of a default which is not cured in the applicable cure period, LANDLORD may, with or without terminating this Lease, at any time thereafter resume possession of the Building by any lawful means and remove TENANT or other occupants and their effects.
