Deemed Generation definition
Deemed Generation has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3 (c)
Deemed Generation means the energy which a generating station was capable of generating but could not generate due to conditions of grid or power system, beyond the control of the generating station resulting in spillage of water.

In the event that the Buying Entity is unable to offtake 100% of the electricity generated, when it is generated, then Deemed Generation will apply.

More Definitions of Deemed Generation
Deemed Generation means energy (in units or kWh) deemed to have been generated per day average from the Project in the same month of previous Year or, if the period of consideration is within the first twelve (12) Months of Operation, the deemed generation per day will be equal to multiplication of PPA Capacity (kWp) and 3.6; where in if the affected period between 6 am to 6 pm, it could be prorated for on hourly basis by considering 12 hours of operation;
Deemed Generation bears the meaning as setout in Section 6.4.
Deemed Generation means the amount of Energy Output that the Solar PV System had the capacity of generating and delivering to the Delivery Point but was prevented from generating and/or delivering to the Delivery Point as a result of a the Customer’s failure to take delivery of such Energy Output, the Customer’s breach of this Agreement or otherwise as agreed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement calculated based on the average per day from the Solar PV System in the same month of the previous calendar year or, if the period of consideration is within the first twelve (12) months following the Commercial Operation Date, the deemed generation per day will be based on the daily average as calculated based on the Projected Annual Energy Output.

Deemed Generation means the amount of Energy Output that the Solar PV System had the capacity of generating and delivering to the Delivery Point but was prevented from generating and/or delivering to the Utility as a result of a the Lessor’s breach of this Agreement calculated based on the average per day from the Solar PV System in the same month of the previous calendar year or, if the period of consideration is within the first twelve (12) months following the Commercial Operation Date, the deemed generation per day will be based on the daily average as calculated based on the reasonably projected annual Energy Output, as substantiated by the Lessee.
