The actual allotment of Bonds may take place on a date other than the Deemed Date of Allotment.
The investors will be required to remit the funds as well as submit the duly completed Application Form along with other necessary documents to Issuer by the Deemed Date of Allotment.
The Issuer reserves the right to change the issue schedule including the Deemed Date of Allotment at its sole discretion, without giving any reasons or prior notice.
Interest payable subsequent to the Deemed Date of Allotment of Bonds will be treated as “Interest on Securities” as per Income Tax Rules.

The cheque /demand draft for interest on application money shall be dispatched by the Issuer within 15 days from the Deemed Date of Allotment by registered post to the sole/ first applicant, at the sole risk of the applicant.
