• The Allottee(s) shall be liable to pay from the date of Deemed Date of Possession or date of actual possession, whichever is earlier, house-tax, property-tax, fire-fighting tax or any other fee, cess or tax as applicable under Applicable Law, as and when levied by any local body or authority and so long as the Unit of the Allottee(s) is not separately assessed to such taxes, fees or cess, the same shall be paid by the Allottee(s) in proportion to the Carpet Area of Unit.
