Dedication Agreement definition

Dedication Agreement as herein used means a connection and dedication agreement or a tank lease agreement that provides for the commitment of resources to ETP Crude LLC.

Dedication Agreement means a written commitment by an Anchor Shipper to ship pursuant to a TSA with Transporter all Crude Petroleum owned by Anchor Shipper from a specified geographic area for the Initial Term of the TSA. For avoidance of doubt, such written commitment may be part of the TSA or part of a separate written agreement between Transporter and Shipper.

Dedication Agreement means any agreement between Visa or MasterCard, on the one hand, and a counterparty, on the other hand, under which the counterparty to the agreement with Visa or MasterCard receives valuable consideration in exchange for (i) volume on its Visa or MasterCard Payment Cards, or (ii) branding a certain portion or amount of its Payment Cards as MasterCard or Visa cards.
