Unless otherwise noted, Contractor shall seek approval of a DED for each deliverable before work begins.
No requirements can be omitted from the Specifications or a DED for a Service or Deliverable without the written consent of the Department’s Project Manager.
These formal checkpoints will use the acceptance criteria included in each Deliverable Expectations Document (DED) that has been approved by the Department.
Deliverable approval shall occur pursuant to the agreed-upon provisions of the DED and the terms of this SOW and any deviation in work performed pursuant to these standards may occur at the risk of the Provider.
