The Employer operates, on a joint basis with the HRA, DECC and DAA, one or more group health plans pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes Chapter 471 and Minnesota Rules Chapter 2785 for the purpose of providing health care benefits to eligible and enrolled Employees and their beneficiaries as described in Article 13.1 above.
The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Council with such information relating to its CO2 emissions as the Council may require from time to time in order to fulfil its obligations to DECC.
