Debt Security Register definition

Debt Security Register has the meaning specified in Section 2.05.
Debt Security Register and “Debt Security Registrar” have the respective meanings specified in Section 3.05.
Debt Security Register has the meaning set forth in Section 3.06.

  • At all reasonable times the Debt Security Register shall be open for inspection by the Trustee.

More Definitions of Debt Security Register

Debt Security Register with respect to any Debt Securities constituting a part of the Units of any series means the security register of the Corporation maintained by the Trustee pursuant to the Indenture.
Debt Security Register and "Debt Security Registrar" have the respective meanings specified in Section 305.
Debt Security Register means (i) prior to a Dissolution Event, the list of holders provided to the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.01, and (ii) following a Dissolution Event, any debt security register maintained by a security registrar for the Debt Securities appointed by the Company following the execution of a supplemental indenture providing for transfer procedures as provided for in Section 2.09(a).
Debt Security Register and "Debt Security Registrar" have the same meanings as the terms "Security Register" and "Security Registrar," respectively.
Debt Security Register means a register maintained in any office or agency of the Company in a Place of Payment in which, subject to such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, the Company shall provide for the registration of Debt Securities and of transfers and exchanges of Debt Securities which the Company shall cause to be kept at the Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee (or at the appropriate office of any other Registrar appointed hereunder).
