Debt Issuance definition

Debt Issuance means the issuance by any Loan Party or any Subsidiary of any Indebtedness other than Indebtedness permitted under Section 8.03.
Debt Issuance means the issuance by any Person and its Subsidiaries of any Indebtedness for borrowed money.

More Definitions of Debt Issuance

Debt Issuance means the issuance of any Indebtedness for borrowed money by any Credit Party or any of its Subsidiaries (excluding, for purposes hereof, any Equity Issuance or any Indebtedness of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries permitted to be incurred pursuant to Section 6.1 hereof).
