Examples of Debt Equivalents in a sentence
The sum of the following accounts: (i) Target Financial Debt and (ii) Target Debt Equivalents will be the financial debt of the transaction (“Target Financial Debt of the Transaction”).
On the date of receipt by any Loan Party from the incurrence or issuance of any Indebtedness (including Debt Equivalents) not expressly permitted to be incurred or issued pursuant to Section 7.03 or upon any Equity Issuance (other than any Excluded Equity Issuances), Borrower shall prepay the Term Loan as set forth in Section 2.02(d) in an aggregate amount equal to 100% of all such Net Cash Proceeds received therefrom.
