All the Debentures so issued shall in all respects have the same legal rank and benefit under this Indenture as the Debentures theretofore or thereafter issued in accordance with the terms of this Indenture as though all of such Debentures had been issued at the date of the execution hereof.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Reference Shares attributable to the Debentures are composed of the Reference Shares of more than one Reference Company, then the Stock Price will be the sum of the Stock Prices of each Reference Company calculated in accordance with the foregoing.

The Trustee, any Paying Agent, any Exchange Agent or Debenture Registrar, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Debentures with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee, Paying Agent, Exchange Agent or Debenture Registrar.
