DDC definition

DDC means a District Development Committee established in each district of the Recipient’s territory pursuant to the Local Self Governance Act, 2055 (1999).
DDC means the Department of Design and Construction of the City of New York acting by and through the Commissioner thereof, or his/her duly authorized representative.
