DCUSA definition

DCUSA means the Distribution Connection and Use of System Agreement entered into by the DCUSA Parties (which includes the Company) and DCUSA Limited;

  • Where terms and expressions have different meanings in respect of Sections 2A and 2B of the DCUSA, the meanings given in respect of Section 2B of the DCUSA shall apply.

DCUSA means the Distribution Connection and Use of System Agreement required to be in place pursuant to standard condition 9B of the distribution licence (“the said condition”).

DCUSA. : means the Distribution, Connection and Use of System Agreement as maintained by each DNO Party and IDNO Party pursuant to the standard conditions of their Distribution Licence.

"Disconnection" the permanent electrical disconnection of all or any of the Connection Equipment. "Distribution Code" the distribution code as defined in the Electricity Distribution Licence.
