Upon research by Contractor, if the DCR is due to input or entry errors, Contractor to submit the DCR response to ACBHD and follow Claims Correction Form guidance located on ACBHD Provider website ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/providers/Forms/Forms.htm.
Contractor shall research the DCR and submit a response on the DCR to ACBHD to include any necessary corrections for the denied claim within the timeframe noted in the DCR Cover Letter.
