Seller shall Schedule, or cause to be Scheduled, at the Delivery Point(s) on a firm basis each Gas Day a quantity of Gas equal to the quantity properly requested by Buyer up to the DCQ or MaxDQ, if applicable ("Buyer's Requested Quantity").
Each Transaction shall provide whether the Transaction is based upon DCQ quantity obligations or MinMQ or MinDQ and MaxDQ quantity obligations, in which case the applicable alternative definitions and provisions set forth in this Agreement shall apply.
Buyer shall nominate the desired Gas quantities for each Day up to the DCQ.
Unless otherwise agreed nothing in this Agreement, and in particular this Article 3, shall require or permit either Party to Schedule Gas at a point other than a Delivery Point or in excess of the DCQ, Maximum Daily Delivery Point Quantity or MaxDQ, as applicable.
Each such nomination so made up to the DCQ for the relevant Day shall be the “Nominated Daily Quantity” for the applicable Day.
