Day Nursery means a place that receives for temporary custody for a continuous period, not exceeding twenty-four hours, more than five children under ten years of age, not of common parentage, and which is not part of a public school, separate school, private school or children's mental health centre, but shall include "day care centres" and "nursery schools".
