Date for Delivery definition

Date for Delivery means the date/s and/or time/s on which:
Date for Delivery means the date for delivery of the Goods and/or performance of the Services as set out in the Purchase Order;
Date for Delivery has the meaning given to it in the Purchase Order.

  • The Supplier is not entitled to claim any additional payments as a result of the later Date for Delivery.

  • The Supplier must provide an estimate of the cost of the Variation and the impact on the Date for Delivery within seven days of the issue of the Variation.

Date for Delivery means the Date for delivery specified in the Purchase order.
Date for Delivery means the date by which the Goods and Services must be delivered, whether specified in the Purchase Order or agreed by the parties in accordance with clause 5.4.
