data service provider means a natural or legal person who provides information and communication technology services to a declarant in relation to reporting obligations;
data service provider or "DSP" means: (a) the Prime DSP; and (b) any Other DSP (if any); "DCC Service Provider" means: (a) a third party with whom the DCC enters into a DCC Service Provider Contract or its servants or agents; and (b) any third party with whom a DCC Service Provider enters into a DCC Service Provider Contract or its servants or agents; and (c) without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, any Replacement Contractor providing services in substitution for the Services or any part of the Services at any time;
