Data Room Documents definition

Data Room Documents means any information contained in the Data Room.

Data Room Documents means the documents made available to the Buyer and its advisers via the Data Room, an index of which in the agreed form is attached to the Disclosure Letter;

Data Room Documents means the documents (in physical or electronic form) relating to the Company made available for the Purchaser’s inspection, as listed in the Data Room Index;

• Any material amendment or variation to the DLRL Superior Property Documents, the Third Party Maintenance Agreements and the DLRL Property Documents from the versions contained in the Data Room Documents which directly causes a change in the requirements or obligations of the Franchisee under this Agreement shall be a Variation for the purposes of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Data Room Documents

Data Room Documents means the documents identified in the index of that title in the Agreed Form;

Data Room Documents means the documents and other information relating to the Transferred Interests as shown on the list set out in Schedule 2, Part C and, where the context so admits, any one or more of such documents;

Data Room Documents means the documentation and information which has, prior to the date of this Agreement, been made available by or on behalf of the Seller for inspection and review by the Buyer and its agents and advisers in (a) the Physical Data Room, which is listed in an index (the “PDR Documents Index”) in the Agreed Form, (b) the Virtual Data Room, which is listed in an index (the “VDR Documents Index”) in the Agreed Form and (c) a hard copy bundle of documents made available to the Buyer on or prior to the date hereof, which are listed in an index (the “Supplemental Disclosure Index”) in the Agreed Form.

Data Room Documents means the documents relating to the Asset made available for the Purchaser's inspection in the data room located at the Seller's offices at [ ] from [ ] to [ ], together with such other documents as the Seller may have notified to the Purchaser in writing prior to the date hereof and as specified in the Disclosure Letter and, in the event that Completion takes place, such other documents as the Seller may have notified to the Purchaser in writing during the Interim Period and, where context so admits, any one or more of such documents, an inventory of which is contained in Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

Data Room Documents means the documents and other information relating to the Interests as shown on the list attached to the Disclosure Letter and, where the context so admits, any one or more of such documents;

Data Room Documents is defined in Article 7.2;

Data Room Documents means the documents made available to the Purchaser in the online data room hosted by Intralinks under the room index ‘Project Dazzle’, and contained on the CD-ROM referred to in the Disclosure Letter;
