Data Room Documents means the documents and other information relating to the Transferred Interests as shown on the list set out in Schedule 2, Part C and, where the context so admits, any one or more of such documents;

Data Room Documents means the documents made available to the Buyer and its advisers via the Data Room, an index of which in the agreed form is attached to the Disclosure Letter;

More Definitions of Data Room Documents

Data Room Documents means the documents and data relating to the Interests made available for the Purchaser’s inspection in the data room located at the offices of Scotiawaterous, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ and/or sent to the Purchaser prior to the date hereof as such documents and data are listed in the index initialled by the Parties for the purposes of identification;

Data Room Documents means documents and information prepared by the Seller and the Group and made available to the Purchaser, its Affiliates and its professional advisors via Deal Interactive, an electronic copy of which is contained on a DVD disk attached hereto as Appendix 2.1d;

Data Room Documents means the documents disclosed in a virtual data room administered by Vendor and its advisors for the purpose of the Purchaser’s due diligence review, such documents being included in a CD-ROM delivered by the Company to the Vendor’s legal advisors and the Purchaser’s legal advisors on the date hereof.

Data Room Documents means an image of the documents and information made available to Buyers and their advisors in the course of the due diligence (including the Q&A Log) and provided in the virtual data room for Project Newark hosted by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Corporation as of 9:30 pm (CET) on the Business Day prior to the date of the Agreement, a DVD copy of which image is (or will be as soon as reasonably possible following the date of the Agreement) attached hereto as Schedule 2.1(d) made available to Buyers and their advisors in the course of the due diligence.

Data Room Documents means the documentation and information which has, prior to the date of this Agreement, been made available by or on behalf of the Seller for inspection and review by the Buyer and its agents and advisers in (a) the Physical Data Room, which is listed in an index (the “PDR Documents Index”) in the Agreed Form, (b) the Virtual Data Room, which is listed in an index (the “VDR Documents Index”) in the Agreed Form and (c) a hard copy bundle of documents made available to the Buyer on or prior to the date hereof, which are listed in an index (the “Supplemental Disclosure Index”) in the Agreed Form.

Data Room Documents shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Clause 8.8 hereof;

Data Room Documents means the information and documents to which the Purchaser and its advisors had access in the Data Room (including the VDD Reports) together with all the questions and answers in relation thereto exchanged between the Sellers and the Purchaser and their respective advisors in the Data Room, as such documents and information has been copied on a USB stick that shall be delivered by the Sellers to the Purchaser on Closing Date;
