Data Protection Terms definition
Data Protection Terms means the Data Protection Terms located at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as updated or amended, replaced or supplemented from time to time by Vendor.

Data Protection Terms means the applicable Data Protection Terms or E.U. Data Processing Agreement found at https://www.adobe.com/uk/legal/terms/enterprise-licensing/data-protection.html or as otherwise agreed by the Parties.
Data Protection Terms means Exhibit C hereto, which ensures certain protections are in place for the processing personal data in the performance of the MSD Compound Study and sets forth the Parties’ responsibilities for certain obligations, including addressing the rights of data subjects, ensuring a legal basis for processing personal data, conducting appropriate data-protection impact assessments and prior consultations with relevant supervisory authorities, complying with all personal-data breach-notification obligations, and certain other compliance obligations under Data Protection Law.
Data Protection Terms means the data protection terms of this Agreement that are contained in Clause 19 (Data Protection);
