Each party shall maintain records of all processing operations under its responsibility that contain at least the minimum information required by the Data Protection Laws and shall make such information available to any Data Protection Regulator on request.
In the event that the Data Protection Laws is amended or replaced by subsequent legislation or regulations or in the event that case law or findings of the Data Protection Regulator pursuant to the Data Protection Laws and/or regulations enacted under it require amendments to the Agreement, then the Parties will agree to such amendments to the Agreement and will enter into a deed of variation to effect such amendments.
