Data Product definition

Data Product means a data set or data set series that conforms to a data product specification;
Data Product means the specification of Data for the purpose of determining the applicable fees;
Data Product means data files, including postal, census, geographic, demographic, and other data, that are commercially licensed to Licensee as identified in an Order or otherwise licensed with certain Software;

More Definitions of Data Product

Data Product means the data product outlined in the Data Product Schedule. End Customer means a customer or client which receives, uses or has access to the Data Product (but not the Data) via LICENSEE or one of its Group Undertaking.
