Data Privacy Framework definition

Data Privacy Framework means the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK-U.S. extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Data Privacy Framework or “DPF” means the Commission Implementing Decision of 10.7.2023 pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the adequate level of protection of personal data under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as in force from time to time;
Data Privacy Framework means the European Union (EU)-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and Swiss – U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Data Privacy Framework means the set of rules set out by or otherwise stemming from the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. of July 10, 2023
