Data Integrity definition

Data Integrity means the procedures and controls then put in place by Legend to ensure that all data (including electronic records) are Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate, Complete, Available, Consistent and Enduring (ALCOA+) through from their creation, processing, review, reporting and retention (over the data lifecycle).
