data holder means a legal person or data subject who, in accordance with applicable Union or national law, has the right to grant access to or to share certain personal or non-personal data under its control;

  • The Customer may use the Data made available by the Data Holder upon their request for any lawful purpose and/or, to the extent that the Data is transferred to or can be retrieved by the Customer, share the Data freely subject to the limitations in clause 5.2.
