Data Collection Center definition

Data Collection Center means the Department, or a third party vendor, who, under contract with the Department, collects and processes electronic payments and electronically-filed tax return information from taxpayers or reemployment unemployment tax agents.
Data Collection Center or "DCC" means the third party vendor, who, under contract with the Department, collects and processes EFT payment information from taxpayers and initiates ACH Debit transactions.
