Data Center Lease definition

Data Center Lease means the Leases listed on Schedule 1.01(d) and any lease of a data center entered into by a Loan Party after the Closing Date (other than pay-as-you-go or partner site leases).
Data Center Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 4.7(e).
Data Center Lease. The lease, dated of even date herewith, between the Partnership, as landlord, and the Limited Partner, as tenant, pursuant to which the Partnership subleased the property known as the Data Processing Center to the Limited Partner.

More Definitions of Data Center Lease

Data Center Lease means that certain Lease dated as of October 1, 2000, by and between FBIC and Fortis, pursuant to which Fortis leases from FBIC the second floor of the office building located on the Woodbury Property.
Data Center Lease means that certain Master Lease Agreement by and between Client and Meadowbrooke Business Park Associates, Limited Partnership, dated October 3, 1990, as amended by The First Amendment To The Lease, dated September 20, 1991, and again amended by The Addendum To Office/Warehouse Lease, dated August 19, 1992; a correct and complete copy of said documents has been furnished by Client to AC.
Data Center Lease means that certain lease agreement for the Data Center, dated November 7, 2005, as amended. “Data Center Tenant” means that certain tenant leasing the Data Center.
Data Center Lease means the Amended and Restated Deed of Lease, dated as of the Closing Date, between PP&L, as landlord, and the Company, as tenant, in the form attached as Exhibit J.
Data Center Lease means that certain lease agreement for the Data Center, dated November 7, 2005, as amended.

Related to Data Center Lease

  • Master Lease means any master lease now or hereafter entered into, in which the Healthcare Facility is aggregated with other HUD-insured healthcare facilities and leased to a Master Tenant and any amendments or joinders thereto.

  • Data Center means the location where the production instance of the Cloud Service is hosted for the Customer in its region, as published at: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/corporate-en/about/our- company/policies/data-privacy-and-security/location-of-data-center.html or notified to Customer or otherwise agreed in an Order Form.

  • Parking space leasing data means the following government data on an application for, or lease of, a parking space: residence address, home telephone number, beginning and ending work hours, place of employment, location of parking space, and work telephone number.

  • Master Leases means the PropCo Master Leases and each other Material Master Lease.
