Dangerous Object definition
Dangerous Object means any explosives or incendiary material, any explosive or incendiary device, any fire-arm, any gas, material, weapon or other article, object or instrument which may be employed to cause bodily harm to a person, or to render a person temporarily paralyzed or unconscious, or to cause damage to property, as well as anything the Minister may by notice in the Government Gazette declared to be a dangerous object for the purpose of the Control to Public Premises and Vehicles Act no. 53 of 1985.
Dangerous Object means any explosive material or device; any firearm or gas weapon; any article, object or instrument that may be employed to cause bodily harm to a person or damage to property, or to render a person temporarily paralyzed or unconscious; any other object similar in nature to the objects listed above.
