dance hall means a place or institution engaged in formal dancing, dancing instruction and training;
dance hall means any building, tent or other erection open to the public gratuitously or otherwise, where public dancing or singing takes place;

dance hall means any privately owned place in which a public dance is conducted, operated, or maintained or made available on a periodic or reoccurring basis and includes the premises in which the public dance is conducted, operated, maintained, including but not limited to all public parking areas, hallways, bathrooms, and other adjoining areas on the premises accessible to the public during the dance.
