Damages Amount definition

Damages Amount means the Original Series A Issue Price for each share of Series A Preferred Stock subject to conversion plus all accrued and unpaid interest thereon as of the first day of the Conversion Failure;
Damages Amount means the Original Series H Issue Price for each share of Series H Preferred Stock subject to conversion plus all accrued and unpaid Premium thereon as of the first day of the Conversion Failure, plus all damage payments previously owed and unpaid.

Damages Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(b).
