If the estimated cost of the repair of any such Unit in the reasonable determination of Buyer is not greater than the Damage Threshold, Seller will arrange the repair of such Unit at Seller’s expense or Seller will reimburse the repair amount to Buyer if Buyer elects to have Buyer or Buyer’s designated repair shop complete the repair.
In the event that the Estimated Repair Costs to repair damage to the Damaged Property Components for any Damaged Property is equal to or greater than the Damage Threshold Amount, then the provisions of Section 11.2(d) of this Agreement shall exclusively apply.
