Daily Nomination definition

Daily Nomination has the meaning given in clause 5.4(a).

Daily Nomination or "Timely Nomination" shall mean a Nomination submitted by a Nominating Party in conformance with the Timely Nomination Schedule set forth in Section 6 of these General Terms and Conditions, one calendar day prior to the Begin Date of a Gas transaction.

Daily Nomination means a Nomination made for deliveries during the Delivery Day in accordance with Section 4.1 hereof.

Examples of Daily Nomination in a sentence

• Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Tariff and the terms and conditions of SC-20, upon Customer’s communication of the Daily Nomination Quantity, Customer will be required to deliver or cause to be delivered daily to the Company for Customer’s account gas in quantities equal to the Daily Nomination Quantity.

• The Daily Nomination Quantity shall include a quantity for system loss and unaccounted for gas.

• The Company agrees to receive, transport, and redeliver on an interruptible basis to Customer, gas in quantities equal to the Daily Nomination Quantity as adjusted for lost and unaccounted for gas; provided that the Company will not redeliver quantities greater than Customer’s Maximum Daily Delivery Quantity.

• The Shipper may once in respect of each Renomination time (as set out in clause 8.12) for a Gas Day request a variation of its Daily Nomination for the Gas Day (Renomination) for one or more Inlet Points or for one or more Outlet Points, by giving notice to the Operator specifying the amount and duration (which may be any duration up to and including the balance of the Gas Day in respect of which the Renomination is made) of the requested variation.

• The scheduling of a Daily Nomination under this clause 8 does not affect or otherwise change the Shipper's Contracted Capacity.

More Definitions of Daily Nomination

Daily Nomination means the daily nomination during an Unloading and Regasification Slot by the User of a quantity of Gas (in kWh/hour) for each hour in the succeeding Gas Day to be delivered at the Gas Delivery Point, which shall be made in good faith and in accordance with Schedule 4 (Gas Nomination Procedures).

Daily Nomination means the set of twenty four (24) Nominations (twenty three (23) & twenty five(25) during the switches to respectively from the daylight saving periods) as further described in article 2.2.
