DACA Account definition

DACA Account means a bank account held by a Designated Subsidiary in the United States of America, in respect of which account such Designated Subsidiary has provided to the Collateral Agent a deposit account control agreement perfecting the Lien of the Security over such account in form and substance satisfactory to the Collateral Agent, acting reasonably.
DACA Account means any deposit or other bank account of any Loan Party subject to a Deposit Account Control Agreement.
DACA Account has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

More Definitions of DACA Account

DACA Account shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.4.

DACA Account means the account opened by the Company pursuant to the DACA Agreement.
