DACA definition

DACA means one or more deposit account control agreements in favor of ICPH, as agent for itself and MGP.
DACA has the meaning specified in the Trust Agreement.

DACA means that certain Deposit Account Control Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among Borrowers, Lender and Bank of America, N.A. (the “Depository Bank”) substantially in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.
